eMabler is developing an API-first eMobility platform to make it fast and simple for energy companies, EV operators, infrastructure service providers and charge point manufacturers to integrate electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure into their other business systems such as mobile applications, existing customer base platforms, and payment solutions.

HELSINKI, Finland (January 29th, 2021) Helsinki-based eMobility API-first eMobility platform company eMabler participated in two months of investment readiness training arranged by FiBAN and EstBAN. The training started on December 3rd and consisted of different modules and individual mentoring. At the end of the training, some companies were selected to participate in a pitching event and presented their company to potential investors. eMabler was selected as a finalist in the pitching session.

“We are thrilled that we were selected to New Nordic Leads program. The timing of the training was perfect for us since we are just in our funding round. The training provided us with useful advice on how to be “investment ready” and what start-ups should consider during the fundraising process. Time will show, but I am confident that this helps us to successfully continue our fundraising” says Juha Stenberg, CEO and Co-Founder at eMabler.

New Nordic Leads program is for both start-ups and angel investors, and it aims at:

  • Improving startups’ investment readiness with well-crafted training and mentoring from experienced angel investors.
  • Educating the next generation of lead angels by organising training sessions focusing on lead investors to share the experience and the knowledge on cross-border angel investing best practices.
  • Inspiring cross-border investments and putting together cross-border angel syndicates on behalf of the experienced lead investors.
  • Sharing best practices – e.g. training sessions, toolboxes! The consortium aims to set an example that would later be used across Europe.
